  Some people can never go through life without being spiteful and always trying to "get back" at someone when maybe they think they had a bad experience in life. Mr. Berry you just happen to be the King of "that club" and you have made it your life's mission to spread as much negativism about one simple experience that did not even involve YOU personally. Your Mom must have really raised you to be "her boy" to spend hours on end defending her "honor" all over the internet. Guess what I have over 2 dozen positive reviews on my vacation rental for the last 7 years and your less than positive review will be taken by most as "some guy who just loves to rant."
  I am sorry your life and that of your parents was so negatively impacted by a simple vacation rental at my condo, however, 99.9% of folks who have rented our condo over the last 8 years have loved it.
  That I can prove to discredit your vindictive commentary.
  Now isn't it time to get back to living your own life???
  
  By the way, Mr. Berry, if walking up to my own condo and ringing the bell to be let in by one of your family so that I could install a water filter on a kitchen faucet that I had promised your mother I would do makes it appear to you that I disguised myself as a maintenance man to check up on things then I am sorry but you are delusional. I live up to promises I make to make things right for our guests.
  I rented my condo to what I was told was an elderly couple, not an additional 6-8 young adults who decided to come and make themselves at home drinking beer and camping out at the condo pool because it was the best thing they had going in the area. Then to leave the pool area with their trash left behind so that the development owner sent me an email describing how that upset the other condo owners tells me that no one in your group really cared about their behavior nor was there any authority figure in charge to be certain that young adults (who were not invited to be there in the first place) acted responsibly. Where was MOM to oversee things when it really mattered in occupying some one else's property? Your group was the worst group we ever hosted in 7 years of renting, Mr. Berry and you are the one crying and moaning about how your people were treated?
  Let's be real here!!!
